DISCONNECT DAY

Accounts on which payment has not been received by 7:30 AM the 1st day of the month (following the month in which payment was due) are subject to disconnection. If the 1st falls on a Friday, disconnection will be the following Monday. If the scheduled disconnect day is a holiday, shut off will be the next regular business day. Example: February 1 bill (water used in January) not paid by 7:30 AM, March 1 will be subject to disconnection.

      Check with your Neighbors... Do they have water?
      Call PWA with the following information:
            -Name
            -Account Number
            -Telephone Number
            -Street Address

After Hours:
Call the above number and follow the instructions given. A PWA operator will be paged & will call you back.

PLEASE....DO NOT attempt to make any repairs on meter installations or Association supply lines.
