| Iowa 3C The construction phase of this project is complete with 165 miles of new distribution mains installed and the addition of 450 new customers being served from our new Iowa County South Amana Treatment Plant. Eatherly will be doing the cleanup phase of this project this spring and any final repairs that are needed. This includes signing up new customers, the acquisition of easements, obtaining the correct permits, having the environmental survey completed and receiving all appropriate agency approvals. Seaton Construction from Deep River has the lagoons partially built and C&E Construction has won the bid on the main lines and the services lines and is currently in the process of sub-contracting this out. Seaton Construction and Maxwell Tiling have taken the main lines and service lines for this project and have begun construction.
